Attorneys

Mr. Classetti has been an attorney licensed in the State of Pennsylvania since 1984 and presently devotes his practice almost exclusively to the representation of Plaintiffs in Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation cases. He has also handled Social Security Disability cases. Mr. Classetti currently manages four offices and four attorneys who devote their practice almost exclusively to Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation and the representation of injured workers. Our staff is devoted to representing vigorously and professionally the interests of those who have need for medical care and/or disability benefits because of injuries suffered in the course of their normal employment duties.

The Department which Mr. Classetti manages considers it an honor to represent injured workers in an environment where most of the Employment Laws are structured to provide more remedies to employers than their employees. Mr. Classetti frequently monitors the legal matters of our Workers' Compensation clients to determine if there are other remedies available to them, for example, Social Security Disability, other Personal Injury actions or Employment Related Discrimination.

To aid Mr. Classetti in developing his expertise in these areas, he maintains an active practice handling hundreds of files and supervising the activities of other lawyers handling hundreds of files throughout the Eastern half of Pennsylvania. Mr. Classetti also maintains his personal Certifications and is an active teacher in Employment Law, Business Law, Ethics and Contract Law in three area universities, the University Of Phoenix, Holy Family University and Eastern University. Mr. Classetti is also admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in the past have practiced in the fields of Product Liability, Asbestos Litigation, varied Personal Injury and Automobile related Personal Injury matters.
