An associate since 1997, Mr. Lagay concentrates his practice on products liability, medical malpractice and employment litigation. He received his Bachelors degree from Villanova University in 1982, and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, Camden Campus, in 1997. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lagay served 12 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, and retired from the Marine Reserves in 2002. Mr. Lagay is admitted to the bars in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the 3d Circuit.
