Mr. Gross represents plaintiffs in serious personal injury litigation. Since 1978, he has been a dedicated advocate for victims of unsafe products and medical malpractice in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A Bucks County native, he graduated Temple University Law School in 1978. In addition to his affiliation with national, state, and local bar associations, Mr. Gross holds memberships in the American Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He has served on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and has been designated a Master Attorney with the American Inns of Court. Mr. Gross is admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Pennsylvania Superior Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Gross has gained long-standing recognition for his volunteer services to youth organizations, and the "Heroes" charity benefitting the children of police officers, fire and emergency personnel.
