Working in litigation involving personal injury, Mr. Sagoskin has a comprehensive and broad-based litigation background. As an Assistant Public Defender in Bucks County for five years, he handled literally handled thousands of cases in every aspect of litigation. He later entered private practice and taught contract law classes at Temple University, Ambler Campus.
Before his focus on personal injury, Mr. Sagoskin’s practice included criminal law, social security disability, workers’ compensation, real estate and contract law. Today, he applies his wide range of litigation history to personal injury cases including automobile accidents, construction site accidents, premises liability including slip and fall cases, and liquor liability/dram shop accidents. He graduated Temple University Law School in 1971 and Temple University in1967. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and Bucks County Bar Associations and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Sagoskin believes it is important to be active in a wide variety of community needs, apart from his law practice. Accordingly, he serves as solicitor for the Bucks County Heroes Scholarship Fund and was one of its founders. The Fund is to benefit members and relatives of police, fire, and volunteer services. He has continually served as President of his Synagogue for the past ten years. He also serves on the Board of Directors of a private-non-profit school and is committed to a number of charitable causes throughout the region.
